Powhatan Colorguard has a rich tradition of pageantry performance in Virginia and throughout the United States. In addition to having an undefeated fall season in 2005, the Powhatan Winterguard has also been a Winter Guard International A-class finalist. In addition to the high school guard program, Powhatan Bands also supports:
Varsity Winterguard
JV Winterguard
Junior Winterguard
...and is working towards a Cadet Winterguard, as well.
Under the direction of Robyn Kotte, the colorguard is looking forward to continuing its pursuit of excellence in the visual arts.
