The Powhatan Junior Percussion Ensemble at Powhatan is a dynamic ensemble made up of 6th, 7th and 8th grade percussionists and interested wind students that travel and compete locally in the Atlantic Indoor Association. The PJPE to this day remains one of the only competitive 6th-8th grade marching percussion ensemble in the state of Virginia.
